- My Maxtor SCSI-II drive operates at nearly the theoretical throughput for
- a SCSI-I device. SCSI-I drives don't generally give this kind of
- performance. When I installed it, it more or less doubled the current
- speed record for my 3000 (a Quantum was the record holder at that time).
